Hello! My name is Jacquelyn Campbell.
I have been working in the health and fitness industry for 10 years.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Public Health (MPH) Nutrition from Loma Linda University.
I am a registered dietitian (RD), registered nurse (RN), American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Health & Fitness Instructor (HFI), and group exercise instructor.
Because I grew up in a family of healthcare professionals, I knew at a very young age that I wanted a career in health and fitness.
At 8 years old, I became a competitive athlete.
Throughout the years of playing tennis, swimming, running, and participating in several other sports including basketball and soccer, I won numerous titles and awards.
Early in life, I realized the importance of good nutrition for peak performance and the role of physical activity in the prevention of disease and promotion of health.
Currently, I enjoy teaching kickboxing and strength training classes, cycling on my road bike, playing racquetball, hiking, and many other activities.
